1.) Initial Consultation – as always we offer a free consultation to meet with you to discuss your needs and ideas to determine the possibilities.
2.) Preliminary Feasibility Study – Consult on your design and remodeling needs; which initials review zoning, FMA regulations, utilities, HOA restrictions, values within the neighborhood, value of the existing home, and remodeling of the existing home.
3.) Feasibility Study + Design Analysis – same as above plus review with you alternate approaches to the design and remodeling of the project. Plus prepare preliminary plans, speciation’s, and a budget.

Preliminary Design Ideas
Ameritek Home Improvement offers a 3-D color rendering service. The 3-D rendering allows you to actually see the space before it is ever built. This service is a great tool for us and allows our customers to make changes to the design with ease. Close you eyes. What does your new space look like, in your mind?
